Now, we’re looking for a Quality Manager Operations to take our processes to the next level.
Your Mission
As Quality Manager Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence. Your role is to measure, analyze, and enhance quality and performance across our logistics network. By bridging the gap between on-the-ground operations and data insights, you’ll ensure continuous improvement and seamless execution.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
✅ Analyze & Improve Operations
- Measure and optimize operational quality and performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Ensure alignment between performance data and real-world processes.
👀 On-the-Ground Insights
- Conduct site visits (including occasional night shifts) to assess operations.
- Work closely with frontline teams to drive meaningful change.
🌍 Cross-Border Reporting
- Develop and implement standardized reporting across multiple locations (UK & France).
- Provide insights that boost efficiency and streamline international operations
🤝 Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Work with a small, dedicated team to lead quality initiatives.
- Partner with key stakeholders to create a culture of continuous improvement.
✈️ Flexibility & Travel
- Travel occasionally to the UK and France to support operational enhancements.

What You Bring
🎯 5+ years of experience in process management (logistics/quality experience is a plus).
🎯 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
🎯 Fluent English + knowledge of Dutch & French (a must for cross-border collaboration).
