What will you do?

As Director International Transport & Network Eurasia, you will be responsible for the strategic development, supplier management, performance and continuous optimization of Landmark Global's final-mile distribution network across Europe, the United Kingdom and Asia.
Your mission is to ensure that our delivery solutions remain competitive, cost-efficient, scalable and resilient, while supporting the growth of our international e-commerce business.
As the company's leading expert in final-mile network management, you will:
  • Define and execute the Eurasia network strategy in alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize our final-mile delivery network, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, transit times, operational efficiency and cost performance.
  • Lead supplier selection, tender processes and commercial negotiations with postal operators, final-mile carriers and strategic logistics partners across the region.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and contractual agreements, ensuring strong performance, competitive pricing and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market developments, industry trends and emerging delivery solutions to ensure Landmark Global remains competitive and future-ready.
  • Analyze operational, commercial and financial performance data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as the company's subject matter expert on parcel, postal and final-mile delivery networks, advising senior leadership on network strategy, supplier selection and investment decisions.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Transport, International relations, Product Management, Marketing, Pricing, Technology, Sales, Customer Services, Customs and Finance, to support business growth and customer success.
  • Lead network improvement, transformation and strategic projects that strengthen Landmark Global's distribution capabilities and competitive position.
  • Collaborate closely with Network leaders across the Group, Group Procurement and the Transport Centre of Excellence (CoE) to ensure alignment, leverage synergies and share best practices.
  • Build strong relationships across regions, ensuring alignment, collaboration and knowledge sharing between teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong presence within our operational environment, working closely with local and international teams to ensure network decisions translate into operational success.
  • In addition, you will lead and develop an international team of network professionals, providing direction, coaching and support while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Who are you?

You are a highly experienced logistics and network professional with a strong track record in carrier management, supplier negotiations and final-mile distribution networks. You combine deep industry expertise with the ability to influence stakeholders, build partnerships and lead teams.
You bring:
  • A Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in parcel, postal, carrier management, e-commerce logistics, final-mile delivery or cross-border distribution environments.
  • Extensive experience in supplier management and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Deep knowledge of parcel, postal and final-mile delivery networks.
  • Good understanding of customs, import, export and cross-border distribution requirements.
  • Experience delivering measurable cost savings and network optimization initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into business decisions.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, developing and aligning international teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential; additional language skills such as Dutch, French or other European or Asian languages are considered a strong asset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
  • Regular presence at our European Mail Centre (EMC) in Machelen, Belgium, is required to maintain close alignment with operations, key stakeholders and network activities.
