What will you do?

As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in transforming complex business needs into practical, high-quality solutions. Acting as the bridge between Business and IT, you work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand challenges, define requirements, and ensure that projects deliver measurable business value.
You also take a leading role in complex initiatives by coaching Business Analysts, coordinating analysis activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes and ways of working.
 
Your responsibilities
  • Gather, challenge and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and business requirements documentation.
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements, assess feasibility, identify risks and evaluate business impact.
  • Coordinate and support the work of Business Analysts on larger or more complex projects.
  • Facilitate alignment between Business, IT and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives.
  • Define solution scope and ensure requirements remain consistent, traceable and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support Project Managers by providing effort estimations, planning input and regular project updates.
  • Act as the functional expert during solution design, development, testing and implementation.
  • Develop test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Document solutions and support business readiness through user training and knowledge transfer where required.
  • Monitor industry trends, business processes and analysis methodologies to continuously improve the organization's capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, systems and ways of working, and formulate recommendations for management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Define and monitor relevant project KPIs and report progress to management and key stakeholders. 

Who are you?

  • You hold a Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • You are a fast learner who quickly understands new business domains, processes and technologies.
  • You have strong experience gathering, analyzing and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
  • You enjoy working in complex, cross-functional environments and can easily connect the dots between Business and IT.
  • You are a natural relationship builder who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and creating alignment across teams.
  • You have excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills.
  • You are proactive, structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to challenge business needs constructively.
  • You enjoy mentoring colleagues and sharing your expertise.
  • You are fluent in English and French.
