What will you do?
Learning & Development Support Officer
Your role
As part of the Assess & Develop team, you contribute to the smooth operation of processes and tools related to Learning, Talent Management, Performance and Leadership. You play a key support role by assisting users, ensuring operational follow-up and contributing to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment involving a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
Supporting Assess & Develop processes and tools
- Support the implementation and day-to-day management of Learning, Talent Management and Performance processes and tools.
- Assist employees in the use of digital HR platforms and tools, including the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide first-line support to users via shared mailboxes, email and telephone.
- Participate in testing, validation and deployment of system updates and enhancements.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance and optimization of process documentation and user guides.
Supporting learning journeys
- Provide operational and administrative support for learning programs and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to organize learning activities.
- Develop and communicate training schedules to the relevant parties.
- Ensure accurate updates in the systems and follow up on planning changes.
Reporting and continuous improvement
- Extract and update existing reports and perform basic analyses to support activity monitoring and KPI tracking.
- Participate in testing and validating new reports and dashboards.
- Document existing processes and perform quality checks on Assess & Develop activities.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes and ways of working.
- Contribute to specific HR projects.
Administrative and logistical support
- Support the organization of training sessions, webinars and information sessions, including room bookings, Teams setup and attendance follow-up.
- Perform administrative tasks required for the smooth functioning of the department, including purchase order follow-up and ADI-related processes.
Who are you?
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- Ideally at least 2 years of experience in an administrative support, HR, Learning & Development or internal services environment.
Skills and competencies
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and employee growth.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and eager to learn new systems.
- Enjoy working with a diverse range of stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
- Well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused with a strong service mindset.
- Proactive and continuously looking for ways to improve processes and services.
Language skills
- Excellent command of both French and Dutch, spoken and written.
- Able to support users and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in both national languages.
- Working knowledge of English, allowing you to understand documentation, use international tools and participate in basic professional exchanges.
Technical skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
- Interest in digital Learning & Development, Talent Management and HR tools.
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) or other HR applications is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Teams and webinar organization.
- Interest in process management and continuous improvement.
