Paxon is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Design Manager to join our central Solution Design & Pricing team.

Paxon brings together the contract logistics expertise of Staci, Radial, Active Ants, Base and our other logistics businesses into one international organisation, part of Bnode.

This is more than a traditional solution design role. You will help shape how we design, evaluate and price logistics solutions across Paxon, developing common tools and standards while supporting our local teams on some of their most complex and strategically important opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Solution Design & Pricing, you will work across countries, businesses and customer environments, combining deep logistics expertise with a consultative approach.

Your role

You will:

• Develop and continuously improve Solution Design & Pricing tools, methodologies, standards and guidelines
• Support local teams with complex data analysis, modelling and solution design
• Design innovative logistics solutions for new business, contract renewals and operational improvements
• Assess the operational and financial viability of proposed solutions
• Build and share expertise through training, workshops, tool onboarding and coaching
• Create a central knowledge base and strengthen the Solution Design community across Paxon
• Present solutions clearly and convincingly to stakeholders ranging from customers and executives to operational teams
• Support implementation teams in translating designs into successful operations
• Work with internal specialists, technology partners and solution integrators to identify new developments in automation, technology and logistics design
• Bring global expertise to local improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities for profitable growth

What you bring

You are an experienced logistics professional who combines strong analytical capability with the ability to influence and collaborate across an international organisation.

Ideally, you bring:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Solution Design, solutions engineering, contract logistics, fulfilment, distribution or a closely related environment
• Strong experience designing and evaluating warehouse, fulfilment or contract logistics solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex operational requirements and data into practical solutions
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, costing and business-case development
• Experience developing or working with Solution Design methodologies, tools and standards
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with relevant design and modelling software
• A strong understanding of warehouse processes, technology and automation
• Experience working across different countries, businesses or operational environments
• A consultative mindset and the ability to coach, challenge and influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

You are comfortable working independently, managing several priorities simultaneously and operating in an international environment. You are also willing to travel approximately 20–25%, primarily for site visits, workshops and customer meetings.
