You will thoroughly analyse our operational and commercial processes and continuously look for ways to simplify, streamline and optimise them.

To do so, you will work at the intersection of the following areas:

Your responsibilities:

Analyse and understand how our processes work

Map processes from A to Z and identify optimisation opportunities.

Analyse existing processes and workflows.

Identify bottlenecks, risks and inefficiencies.

Define roles, responsibilities and deadlines.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and process performance.

Identify opportunities and make an impact

You take a long-term view and consider how things can be improved tomorrow.

You take part in process audits and improvement initiatives.

You turn data and analyses into concrete recommendations.

You advise process owners on potential optimisations.

You contribute to the continuous improvement of process performance.

Contribute to AI, Copilot and automation

New technologies are transforming the way we work. You will contribute to this transformation.

You explore how AI and Copilot can support processes.

You identify opportunities for automation and RPA.

You contribute to digital transformation projects.

You help eliminate repetitive tasks so that employees can focus on high-value activities.
