Your role
You translate business ambition into impactful people strategies — and ensure they deliver real business value.
You work side by side with Digital & Technology leadership to drive transformation, strengthen organizational performance and growth, and build future capabilities. You connect business priorities with people, organization, and skills to create sustainable impact.
More concretely, you will:
- Partner strategically with Digital & Technology leadership
Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner, contributing to key decisions and translating business priorities into a clear and actionable HR agenda
- Drive organizational transformation
Shape and support organizational design, operating models (e.g. Agile), and governance to ensure the Digital & Technology organization is set up for performance and growth
- Integrate workforce, skills & talent
Connect strategic workforce planning, skills development, internal mobility, and recruitment into one coherent approach that supports future business needs
- Lead and enable change
Play a central role in transformation and reorganization initiatives, ensuring people implications, business continuity, and employee experience are addressed from the start
- Strengthen leadership & teams
Coach and challenge senior leaders to increase leadership impact, decision-making, collaboration, and team effectiveness
- Leverage data & innovation
Use data and analytics to generate insights and guide decisions, while exploring AI-driven solutions to increase impact, efficiency, and employee experience
You operate continuously at the intersection of business, technology, and people — bringing structure in complexity and driving tangible results.
Who are you?
You combine strategic insight with execution power and feel energized by complexity, transformation, and senior stakeholder interaction.
- 8–10+ years of experience in HR, including a senior HR Business Partner role
- Proven track record in complex transformation environments
- Experience in large, stakeholder-rich organizations
- Solid understanding of Digital & Technology environments and ways of working
