Your mission:

As a Project Manager Performance Management in the Value Delivery Office of the Digital & Technology department, you will ensure we have IT cost transparency and oversee financial management, budget control for projects within the digital transformation initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:

·        Establish IT cost transparency and accountability.

·        Identifying efficiency opportunities and optimize IT spend

·        Collaborating with IT and digital teams to align financial objectives.

·        Supporting the preparation of financial reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing financial performance.

·        Providing financial insights and regular updates to senior management regarding project performance and financial status.

·        Assisting in resource allocation and ensuring cost efficiency in IT-related projects.

Your profile:

We do not only deliver letters and parcels, but also opportunities. This job is open to all with diverse backgrounds and talents, possessing the following skills: 

·       Strong background in financial controlling, budgeting, and financial analysis, preferably within the IT or digital transformation domain.

·        Experience managing financial aspects of IT or digital projects.

·        Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities to optimize financial performance in digital initiatives.

·        Clear communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.

·        Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
