What will you do?

  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories. 
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Testers to ensure solution alignment. 
  • Support solution design and validate delivered functionalities against business expectations. 
  • Maintain functional documentation and ensure traceability throughout the development lifecycle. 
  • Manage both the content and planning of the team’s backlog and sprint execution. 
  • Collaborate closely with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other stakeholders. 
  • Promote a culture of quality, reliability, and accountability. 
  • Ensure smooth coordination across roles to deliver software efficiently and effectively. 

Who are you?

  • Master’s degree (IT, Engineering, Sciences/STEM) in a relevant field combined with a proven track record of  5 years (minimum) in a similar position.
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies is a must, project management is a plus.
  • Business fluent English (frequent international contacts), and either Dutch or French additionally.
  • You have a "can do" mentality and you are not afraid to take initiatives.
  • You can work under pressure, with an eye for details and with tight deadlines.
  • A positive, open and loyal mindset. You do not think in terms of problems, but in terms of creative, flexible and quick solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence. 
  • Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
