What will you do?

Do you want to get a real taste of HR work while rolling up your sleeves and making an impact?
Our Attract, Recruit & Onboard team is looking for an enthusiastic student to help shape the recruitment of new talent within our organization.

Writing and publishing job ads: You’ll work with our templates but add your own personal twist – creativity and copywriting skills on point.

  • Spotting potential:
  • CV screening: Finding the right match quickly? You’ve got the knack for it.
  • Phone screening: You call candidates for an initial chat – a friendly conversation to get a feel for who might fit in our team.
  • HR interviews via Teams: You join the digital interviews and help assess candidates.
  • Providing feedback: You give candidates honest, constructive feedback by phone. Direct, open, and clear – just the way we like it.
  • Administrative follow-up: You keep everything organized – from test results to schedules, you’re our administrative hero.
  • Supporting the Assessment Days for trainees: You make sure everything runs smoothly and that procedures are followed – perfectly organized, yet relaxed. You also share your input during the evaluation stage: together with the team, you give your opinion on the candidates. Your voice matters!

Who are you?

  • You’re a motivated HR student, communicative, and not afraid to take initiative.
  • You speak Dutch and French fluently and have a good level of English as well.
  • You have an eye for detail, work in an organized way, and can adapt quickly.
  • You like to think along, share your opinion, and aren’t afraid to go off the beaten path.
  • Above all, you’re eager to learn.
