What will you do?

Are you a natural salesperson with an interest in the banking sector? As a Credit and Insurance Advisor, you can make a real difference for our clients. During the key moments of their lives, you provide them with the ideal banking and insurance solutions: a first bank card for the youngest family member, a loan to buy a car… Thanks to your advice, both existing and new clients can approach their financial situation with confidence.

Whether you’re just out of school or already have relevant experience, we have the right position for everyone. At our company, everyone gets a chance. We value enthusiasm, client orientation, and interest in the financial sector more than experience, and we provide the training needed to develop your expertise.

You will have the freedom to organize your own commercial activities and build strong relationships with your clients. Do you have ideas to boost sales or improve certain processes? We would love to hear them, and with agreement, you can truly leave your mark on your role.

  • Meet clients, both French- and Dutch-speaking, to provide advice and propose suitable solutions in the following areas: daily banking, consumer loans, and non-life insurance.
  • Actively prospect new clients through your network or that of your colleagues, contact them, and schedule appointments to understand their financial needs.
  • Work closely with the Bank Manager and branch manager to achieve set objectives and report on your results during meetings.
  • Be curious and continuously develop your skills and product knowledge.

 


Who are you?

  • You enjoy interacting with people and have a strong interest in the banking sector.
  • Open to candidates with or without experience: either you hold a bachelor’s degree, or you demonstrate a strong affinity for the banking sector.
  • Holder of a secondary education diploma, with the opportunity to obtain within 12 months the necessary certifications for your role: banking and insurance mediation (Willems Law and European Insurance Distribution Directive – IDD) and credit mediation.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to take on a commercial role.
  • Results- and solution-oriented, able to identify client needs and provide appropriate advice
