What will you do?

  • Contribute to the well-being and engagement of all employees and enhance the overall performance of the company by acting, for the sites assigned to them, as an advisor and coach to the first- and second-line operational management (in compliance with the legal obligations described in the CODEX “well-being at work” for six of its domains):
  • occupational safety,
  • protection of workers’ health,
  • ergonomics,
  • occupational hygiene,
  • improvement of the work environment,
  • environment.
  • For the 7th domain (psychosocial workload), the prevention advisor will be able to identify warning signs and establish the connection with colleagues specialized in psychosocial prevention.

Who are you?

  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience;
  • Holder of a complementary training certificate as Prevention Advisor (Level II);
  • Several years of relevant experience in the role;
  • Fluent in Dutch (knowledge of French is an asset but not a requirement);
  • Technical knowledge and experience in an industrial environment are strong assets;
  • Holder of a category B driving license.
