Marketing Manager D2C Digital
What will you do?
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the digital marketing strategy for our D2C platforms targeting French-speaking customers. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive growth, customer acquisition and revenue.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and implementing the digital marketing strategy for our e-commerce activities.
- Developing annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans.
- Managing and optimising acquisition budgets across multiple channels.
- Setting and monitoring performance targets including traffic, conversion, revenue and profitability.
- Leading SEO and SEA initiatives in collaboration with internal IT teams and external agencies.
- Launching, managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns.
- Developing social media strategies and editorial calendars.
- Managing CRM and email marketing campaigns, including automation and customer segmentation.
- Analysing channel and campaign performance and translating insights into improvement plans.
- Coaching a small marketing team and coordinating external partners and agencies.
Who are you?
- You hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or Business.
- You have experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition or e-commerce.
- You have strong knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media, CRM and email marketing.
- You are comfortable managing marketing budgets and optimising campaign performance.
- You are data-driven and able to transform analytics into actionable recommendations.
- You have excellent French communication and copywriting skills.
- You have a good command of English.
- You are proactive, results-oriented and take ownership of your projects.
- You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Previous people management experience is considered an asset.
