🚀 What will you do?

As Expert Process Owner, you will play a key role in shaping and improving our operational backbone.

Lead and drive the improvement of key operational business processes, introducing innovative solutions and technologies in close collaboration with business stakeholders
Coordinate and manage projects of varying size and scope, from design and analysis through to implementation and rollout
Prepare and facilitate LEAN workshops, blending process improvement and project management approaches
Work closely with international entities (France, UK, and beyond) to drive process harmonization and cross-border alignment
Streamline, document, and standardize operational processes with a structured, data-driven mindset
Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs and SLAs across processes and projects, using industry benchmarks
Facilitate cross-department workshops to align operations with business and IT strategy
Act as a subject matter expert in strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with existing standards and procedures

🧠 Who are you?

A Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) and up to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in operational project management and/or a process owner role
Strong expertise in process analysis, process mapping, reengineering, and LEAN methodologies
Experience with project and program management, change management, and process documentation
Strong analytical skills combined with clear, confident communication
A structured, LEAN mindset and a genuine passion for continuous improvement
Comfortable working laterally across countries, cultures, and departments
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French
Willing to travel within Europe on a sporadic basis
