🚀 What will you do? 

As Expert Process Owner, you will play a key role in shaping and improving our operational backbone.
  • Lead and drive the improvement of key operational business processes, introducing innovative solutions and technologies in close collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage projects of varying size and scope, from design and analysis through to implementation and rollout
  • Prepare and facilitate LEAN workshops, blending process improvement and project management approaches
  • Work closely with international entities (France, UK, and beyond) to drive process harmonization and cross-border alignment
  • Streamline, document, and standardize operational processes with a structured, data-driven mindset
  • Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs and SLAs across processes and projects, using industry benchmarks
  • Facilitate cross-department workshops to align operations with business and IT strategy
  • Act as a subject matter expert in strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with existing standards and procedures 

🧠 Who are you? 

  • A Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) and up to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in operational project management and/or a process owner role
  • Strong expertise in process analysis, process mapping, reengineering, and LEAN methodologies
  • Experience with project and program management, change management, and process documentation
  • Strong analytical skills combined with clear, confident communication
  • A structured, LEAN mindset and a genuine passion for continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working laterally across countries, cultures, and departments
  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French
  • Willing to travel within Europe on a sporadic basis
