What will you do?
- Contribute to the well-being and engagement of all employees and enhance the overall performance of the company by acting, for the sites assigned to them, as an advisor and coach to the first- and second-line operational management (in compliance with the legal obligations described in the CODEX “well-being at work” for six of its domains):
- occupational safety,
- protection of workers’ health,
- ergonomics,
- occupational hygiene,
- improvement of the work environment,
- environment.
- For the 7th domain (psychosocial workload), the prevention advisor will be able to identify warning signs and establish the connection with colleagues specialized in psychosocial prevention.
Who are you?
- Education level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience;
- Holder of a complementary training certificate as Prevention Advisor (Level II);
- Several years of relevant experience in the role;
- Fluent in Dutch (knowledge of French is an asset but not a requirement);
- Technical knowledge and experience in an industrial environment are strong assets;
- Holder of a category B driving license.
