We’re looking for an early-career Reporting Analyst to join our Global Reporting Team with a focus on Europe and Asia. • Team: Global Reporting Team – focus on Europe & Asia

The Role:

• Create and improve Power BI reports and dashboards used across the business.
• Work with teammates to maintain our reporting layer so data is accurate and easy to use.
• Talk to business users to understand their needs and turn them into reporting solutions.
• Keep our data clean and reliable through checks and validations.
• Learn about and support our move from Amazon Redshift to new platform.

What You Bring:

• Some hands-on experience with Power BI (even academic or internship projects count!).
• A basic understanding of SQL for simple queries.
• Comfort with Excel for quick analysis.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong asset.
• Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn.
• The ability to work independently while also being open to guidance from your manager and coworkers.
• A collaborative mindset – you enjoy working with others to solve challenges.
• An entrepreneurial spirit – you’re comfortable in a big, formalized company but also willing to challenge the status quo and help us “Rethink the possible”.

Nice to have (but not required!):

• Exposure to cloud databases like Redshift ,Snowflake or similar.
• Interest in data visualization best practices.
• Curiosity about AI tools and Copilot features as an extension to traditional Power BI reporting.
