I started at bpost as a trainee. During my first project I had the opportunity to become a project leader at the sorting center in Zaventem. I didn't think I would like this position so much. It is a perfect balance between process optimization, project management, operational support... Every day is different. It is a challenging and flexible environment. What I especially like is the positive and direct impact you can have on the well-being of colleagues in sorting.
