To support Radial’s European expansion, we are looking for a professional individual to support our team as a
You will oversee the implementation, integration and configuration of assigned product from start to finish.
You lead implementation efforts to ensure timely delivery as well as a high degree of quality as well as the budget.
Review client product demands to ensure that our product and engineering teams can meet those demands within the identified timeline(s).
Support the completion of all required project documentation, including requirements, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), CIS’s, and Statements of Work. Perform and document software configurations.
Deliver clear and defined requirements to stakeholders and partner closely with the onboarding project lead.
Conduct and/or provide support for CAT (Client Acceptance Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), as well as relevant training sessions.
Identify and troubleshoot software bugs and technical problems that may affect the product timeline or budget.
Proactively communicate problems/issues as soon as they arise to ensure deadlines set forth can be met.
Maintain clear, consistent, and concise internal communication across multiple teams.
Continuously look for opportunities to streamline and improve programs and processes.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Proficient in English, other European languages are desirable.
Experience of web services (client and/or server side), strong understanding of XML, XSD, JSON, SOAP, REST, GraphQL
Experience with event driven microservices
Understanding or experience of cloud technologies, preferable AWS
Previous experience with one of the server-side programming languages (PHP, Java, Python)
Experience with Linux operating system (RedHat / Debian / CENTOS)
Experience with publisher - subscriber pattern (AMQP ~ Advanced Message Queuing Protocol)
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
