Are these responsibilities for you?
In our culture of continuous learning and growth, you create programs enabling the support functions of bpost (Mail & Retails, Parcels and Logistics, Central Services) to constantly evolve and develop. The scope is also now expanding to the group level (international).
Establish a diagnose with the business by performing an LNA (Learning Needs Analyse) to identify learning needs, target audience, translation needs, learning objectives, determine stakeholders and communication strategy, define the evaluation measure, confirm budget and resources,
Design a learning solution proposal and implementation plan,
Select the best provider amongst our preferred vendors,
Develop and implement the learning solution,
Evaluate the quality and the results of the implemented learning solution.
By setting up learning solutions, you always take into account and make a link with the NWoL (New Ways of Learning).
You manage and negotiate services and agreements with external vendors. You will be responsible for the coordination of the purchase orders and invoices between bpost accountancy and vendors.
You will be in charge of integrating new learning modules in the Learning Management System (Totara) and make appropriate updates in due time.
Ensure programs continuous improvement by managing trainings effectiveness assessment.
As a talent & development expert you are also eager to learn, so you will be able to broaden your own knowledge & expertise in various domains such as Performance, Career, Development Centers and Competency Management. We would also like to emphasize the following:
To make this story successful it would be ideal to have 5 years on the counter as a Talent & Development Expert /Learning Expert, but also candidates who worked in an HR department and would like to get their teeth into Learning & Development are more than welcome.

You have a master's degree or equivalent through experience,
Communication is mostly in French and Dutch, but if you also want to work at the group level, you should be able to communicate fluently in English.
