In this role, you will work both strategically and operationally on this specific target group of newly graduated. Role and responsibilities 

You will join the Group Talent Acquisition Team within bpost that is responsible for attracting external talent. Your role will be both strategic and operational with a focus on the following: 

  • Group Traineeship 
    We have recently developed a new group traineeship where we will recruit around a dozen new graduates on an annual basis. These starters are given the unique opportunity to complete a two-year program across different departments and subsidiaries of the bpost group. 

  • Young Professionals 
    We also recruit various graduate profiles for other positions in the organization. For these positions you will establish relationships with the business and you will define and validate the job content and the expected candidate's profile. 

  • Internships 
    We are regularly asked to carry out internships at bpost and this at both secondary and college level. At the moment we don't have a clear process and approach with regard to these requests. As a campus manager, you will develop a strategic plan to serve our internal customers, but also the students. After all, it's these interns who form the basis of our employer brand and who can later join bpost. 

  • Stakeholder management 
    In this role, you will work for the entire group and steadily expand your bpost network. Based on your knowledge of our organization, you will have an overview of the needs in the field of campus recruitment. Based on these needs, you will enter into partnerships with universities and colleges, but also with student clubs, youth organizations, etc. 

  • Employer branding 
    Based on the needs, you and the employer branding team determine what actions we will take. Shall we run an online campaign on Linkedin or Facebook? Will we be present at job fairs or events specifically for young people or will we sponsor student associations? How will we asses our candidates? In corona times, large physical meetings are probably not possible. On all these questions you try to develop a clear vision. 

  • Operational recruitment 
    You will be responsible for the operational recruitment of trainees, young talents and other profiles. You will manage the complete selection process: CV screening, interviewing and recommendation to the Management. You will also prepare and discuss offers with the selected candidates. 

 

Profile 

You get energy from working with young people. You adapt in no time and thus respond to the needs of today. Do we communicate through Facebook or is Tiktok or Instagram the way to communicate? You tell us. In addition, we do want to emphasize the following: 

  

  • You have an infectious passion for Human Resources, specifically in a young and dynamic environment 

  • You have an active network with universities and colleges 

  • Project and management comes natural to you: manage assessment days for our traineeship with a lot of potential young starters; 

  • You like to have an impact, you are the connecting factor throughout the recruitment process 

  • You have a commercial attitude and get energy from actively sourcing candidates 

  • You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in campus recruitment in a large and international organization 

  • You are a born communicator you can connect with both young graduates and Bpost hiring manager. This fluent in Dutch and/or French, as well in English.
