In a changing postal market, bpost is undertaking its own transformation. The interaction coach assists middle and front-line managers to implement these changes effectively. The programme helps them to improve their communication skills, dialogue, and interaction, and in this context we are looking for an Expert in communication, coaching and change management.
The interaction coach will have a special focus on Distribution South (central region following mail : Ath, Tournai, Mouscron, Mons, Charleroi, , Dinant, La Louvière, Philippeville, Beaumont).
The main purpose of this coaching program is to strengthen staff confidence and to sustain commitment. At the end of your assignment, these managers will be able to carry out their communication and interaction activities autonomously.
As an Interaction Coach, you accompany (first-line) managers in individual or group sessions with the aim of strengthening their skills in their moments of interaction and communication.
You plan and organise group coaching sessions, for topics defined and prepared for first-line managers (e.g. giving difficult feedback, communicating with the team, having a conversation after a long absence, having an evaluation interview...) and for middle managers (e.g. preparing and coaching during their communication journey).
You plan and carry out individual coaching sessions (specific course per people of first-line manager).
You evaluate and follow up each coaching path, concretely by establishing a starting balance, a concrete coaching path, individual follow-up and continuous feedback.
You supervise change projects on the field.
You report regularly to check the relevance and performance of the programme.
You combine a previous experience in coaching preferably in the operations/production with strong interpersonal skills and an inquisitive mindset.
A Master's degree is nice to have but the most important asset is your proven experience in coaching;
You have at least 7 years of relevant experience in coaching and you master coaching and tutoring techniques (individual and group coaching);
You have a thorough knowledge of communication, interaction and motivation techniques;
Change management has no secrets for you and you know the principles and techniques to implement those changes;
You are a driven individual and have demonstrated in previous experiences to take ownership and build autonomy within your domain, while at the same time integrating well within the team to jointly build the full picture.
You should be flexible to coach regularly early in the morning or sometimes at the end of the day (collect Activities);
You are flexible to move around in the different mail ;
A knowledge of Dutch would be an asset.
