The expert is responsible for informing SME customers by promoting our e-commerce platform and thus offering them the service they need to boost their online sales.
We are seeking a professional, energetic customer facing e-commerce specialist to improve presence in the e-commerce market. You create a smooth onboarding process for our new e-commerce platform, advise on consumer-facing content, perform analysis and generate actionable reporting towards the project team. You also are the go-to person for questions about packaging, logistics and .
You don't take our customers by the hand, but transform them with your e-commerce knowledge so they can successfully start and grow their online business. It is your job to help and inform customers so they make the right decisions and actions themselves.
As a customer success e-commerce expert at bpost, you are consultant for the SME’s that use our new webshop platform. You answer questions, mostly via phone, video conference or e-mail (and potentially in person), about various topics such as the webshop platform, what a converting webshop needs to look like, traffic generation towards their webshop with digital marketing, packaging, shipments and overall questions our customers can encounter during the process of starting an online business. You ensure that our customers get support in a professional way and you will come up with solutions where necessary to make improvements.

You have knowledge of digital marketing channels like Google, and Instagram
