Position Summary & Job Description

You will lead a team of experts responsible for the technical support to prospects & customers, onboarding and operational support. To support the growth of Europe business and to improve customer experience, you will focus on reviewing and describing E2E processes, improve onboarding experience, prepare performance reviews with Key-accounts, SOPs, follow-up structural quality issues, involvement in key projects, reporting (Dashboards, KPI’s, Performance, Quality,…), etc… You will provide operational support to solve structural issues and fund as back-up in day to day tasks to ensure an excellent client-experience. 

You will work closely together with the different stakeholders at Landmark Global (sales, product, network, operations, pricing, etc) to improve the E2E flow of our customers. 

Your role as people manager will be key to train and coach your team to grow and evolve permanently.

Core responsibilities will include the following:

-        Describe E2E processes

-        Define detailed onboarding process/project and create onboarding manual for customers

-        Supervise and follow up onboarding projects managed by your team

-        Define quality process and reporting

-        Define SOPs for team

-        Review contract and finalise SOP of customers

-        Define CRM process for team

-        Performance reporting and KPI’s for customers

-        Create dashboard and KPI’s for team

-        Manage resources, and identify new requirements

-        Ability to create and edit project/process documents, materials, and presentations.

-        Keep stakeholders informed of project status and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies.

-        Taking up a role as people manager to motivate, coach and encourage the growth of your team members. Giving feedback during one to one’s.

-        Make sure your employees turn the given feedback into actionable changes.

-        Assist internal team members with developing and enhancing process procedures.

-        Support the sales and account management teams in selling

Profile & Position Requirements

It goes without saying that you have strong written/verbal communication skills and know how to work autonomously as also in team. We would like to emphasize the following:

Position requirements:

·        A master degree or above with a relevant background

·        Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in a logistic or operational environment within an international work context

·        An understanding and practical knowledge of a communication plan in function of the client

·        Experience in people management, process analysis and mapping

·        A proven success track record in project management and stakeholder ship

·        An excellent knowledge of French and/or Dutch is needed next to a good knowledge of English.

·        Excellent numerical skills

·        Good verbal and written communication skills

·        Attention to detail, an organised and methodical approach with a hands-on attitude

·        High level of autonomy, enforceability, planning and organizational skills

·        You enjoy providing mentorship, learning, and being collaborative in cross-functional teams

·        A hands-on attitude with a client-orientated mindset.
