Someone with strong communication and the necessary diplomacy to ensure the smooth and transparent completion of reorganization projects and exit files.
Your role will be both strategic and operational with a focus on the following:
Reorganisation: You follow the already existing processes with reference to reorganizations. You will supervise the process from A to Z. You will be involved from the first moment and ensure transparent communication to all stakeholders (employees, HR, management, unions, etc.). Youcoordinatetheentire process, step by step.
Exit: Taking into account the different statutes at bpost respecting the relevant regulations. In the event of disciplinary proceedings, you will ensure professional and transparent communication with the multiple stakeholders, but also check that the files have been correctly compiled
& People management: You will collaborate closely with the different Business units, CEO’s, HR BP’s, trade unions, CHRO,… to ensure that everyone is aligned and sustainable partnerships are created.
You manage a team of 3 persons which whom you collaborate closely to ensure the timely, qualitative completion of files and projects.
In your role of reorganisation business partner, you are clearly a dynamic team player who combines solid strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. We highlight thefollowingqualities:
You have a proven track record with building and adapting organizations to the constantly changing environment and evolving market conditions, anticipating future challenges as an agile company and already have a solid experience with trade unions.
You have strong written and oral communication skills, both in French, English and Dutch. You show sound judgment & diplomatic capabilities to navigate through confidential and sensitive matters.
You have a positive and open mindset. You like to work together with others and you are strong in building relationships (within the team and within the whole group).
You can work under pressure, with an eye for details and with tight deadlines.
You have experience in project management.
