Within this context, we are looking for an Onboarding Customer Expert to reinforce our Customer Onboarding team and help bpost better understand it’s client’s needs.


Your mission

bpack is the parcel business unit within bpost. bpack provides different logistic delivery methods such as bpack@home (home delivery), bpack@bpost (delivery to pick-up points) and bpack 24/7 (delivery to bpost automate) as well as fulfillment services. bpack offers different solutions to set-up an integration between the IT system of the customer (ERP, back office application, website,...) and the systems of bpost. The goal is to provide the optimal solution for the customer and to assist him in tne integration by providing him an appropriate information in order to have an excited bpack customer! Timely deliveries and customer-friendly service are vital to achieve this goal!

 

About the job

  • Provide the necessary information to the bpack cutomers about the different technical possibilities within bpost (e-commerce shipping tools, barcodes & labels, EDI data axchange, track & trace,...). This will be most of the time at customer's office.
  • Develop technical solutions to optimize customer processes, enhance customer intimacy and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Provide the bpack customers the needed assistance to this set-up.
  • Check and validate the labels & EDI files of the customer.
  • Set-up tailor made ICT customer integration possibilities & project management of it.
  • Follow up & project management of the different customer integrations
  • Contribution to increase the data quality and less operational issues because of incorrect labels, barcodes,...
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to the current technical solutions & bpack ICT applications
  • Develop a profound professional customer relationship, with the management, ICT and operational department.


Your profile

 

Bachelor's or master's degree

At least 5 years' relevant business experience (ICT projects and implimentations, technical sales, process improvement,...) Solid technical sales and/or marketing background Experience in logistical services and processes is a serious advantage

Thourough knowledge of Dutch, French and English

Good knowledge of MS Office Different IT technologies such as e.g. REST webservices
